The Wellbeing Girl Community is a very safe space place to bring likeminded people together to laugh, connect and grow. You will be supported in your personal development through a network of people who will celebrate you and cheer you on. As a collective we will support you in your ups and down and spur you on to be the best version that you can be.
As a community we will explore a variation of different topics on a monthly basis everything from stillness, relationships, meditation to astrology. We dive into these topics in a supportive group coaching environment through providing a safe and comfortable environment for you whereby you can access them from your own home.
Depending on the package you go for, we have other fantastic elements on offer like yoga, meditation or even 1:1 coaching if you wanted to dive in even deeper!

Being part of the Wellbeing Girl Community has been such a positive influence in such a short space of time! I really love how Natalie introduces her community to such a variety of tools to help enrich our lives in a positive way! From astrology, to yoga, meditation and human design - it's been a fascinating insight into some new things, which has been much needed over these past months which have been particularly challenging. I've especially loved the yoga sessions with Eden, they've really helped me dig deeper into my practice of self love, something we all need a bit more of in our lives. Thank you Natalie! xx
The community has already taught me so much about new ways to reflect and relax - both parts of my life i wanted to develop, but struggled with finding dedicated time. Having a group to join each week, keeps me motivated and has enabled me to develop new tools that work personally for me, like yoga, meditation, reflection, journaling etc.
This very personal but dedicated time to reflect leaves me feeling truly relaxed and grounded once a week. I always look forward to it!
